How credits are used
One credit pays for each started minute of an AI call. A call of 2 minutes and 10 seconds uses 3 credits.
How you get credits
- Some AI studio plans add credits every month.
- You can buy extra credits in the shop at any time. Open AI credit top-up, choose an amount and pay.
- When the payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your AI studio, once.

Your AI credits show in the shop and in the AI studio.
What credits do not pay for
AI credits pay only for the AI studio. Call minutes on the phone switch, number rent and the switch AI receptionist are paid from your phone balance. Credits and phone balance cannot be swapped for each other.
Plan ahead
Check your credits before a big campaign, so your agents do not run short in the middle of it.
