Auto top-up

Auto top-up keeps your phone balance from running out. It charges your saved card when the balance gets low.

Turn it on

1. Save a card in the shop.
2. Add the free Auto top-up service.
3. Choose your threshold: the balance level that starts a top-up.
4. Choose the amount to add each time.

How it works

• It checks your phone balance every 10 minutes.
• When the balance is below your threshold, it charges your saved card once, for your chosen amount.
• It waits until that top-up has reached your balance before it charges again.
• It charges at most twice a day, to protect you from runaway charges.
• Each charge has its own invoice in the shop, like any other top-up.

If your card is declined

We email you. Your balance is not topped up, so add funds yourself or update your card.

Change or stop it

Change the threshold or the amount, or cancel the service, in the shop at any time.
