Where to find invoices
Every order, renewal and top-up creates an invoice in the shop at my.siriustel.com, under Invoices. Open any invoice to see it, and download it as a PDF.
Who issues them
Invoices are issued by TELB, the company that runs SiriusTel.
Renewals
Plans and seats renew automatically. The shop sends you the renewal invoice before the due date. If you have shop credit, it is used first. Otherwise pay with your card or another method shown at checkout.
VAT and other taxes
- Customers in the UAE pay 5% VAT on top of the price.
- For other countries, any tax that applies is added at checkout. You see it before you pay.
- Businesses: keep your company name and tax number in your shop account details.
Currency
Prices and invoices are in US dollars.
