AI voice

The AI studio

The AI studio at siriustel.com is where you build AI voice agents that talk to your callers. Open it Press Open AI studio in the shop. It opens already signed in with your SiriusTel ID. What you can build - Agents that answer questions and qualify leads in a natural voice. - A knowledge base: add your own documents, so the agent answers from your facts. - Flows that guide a conversation step by step. - Campaigns that let an agent call a list of contacts. - A built-in CRM that keeps track of the people your agents talked to. - Webhooks that send call results to your own systems. How it is paid The AI studio runs on AI credits. One credit pays for each started minute of an AI call. Some AI studio plans include credits every month. You can buy extra credits in the shop at any time. Before you go live Test each agent yourself first. Check its answers against your knowledge base, and fix anything wrong before real callers hear it. Plans and credit prices are in the shop. Questions about building your first agent? The switch AI receptionist

The switch AI receptionist is an AI agent that lives inside the SiriusTel phone switch, next to your numbers and queues. Not on sale yet We are testing it now. It appears in the shop only after those tests pass. What it is for - Answering calls on your number when your team is busy or closed. - Taking callers from a queue that has waited too long. - Passing a caller to your human queue when they need a person. How it differs from the AI studio The AI studio at siriustel.com runs its own agents and uses AI credits. The switch AI receptionist runs inside the phone switch and is paid from your phone balance. One call uses one of them, never both. What you would set up In the phone console, you would create the agent, its tasks and its knowledge base. Then you would point a number or a queue at it. Mixing people and AI A hybrid call centre puts both together. During business hours, calls go to your agents. After hours, or when the wait is too long, the AI answers. When a caller asks for a person, the AI passes the call back to your team. Questions about it? Ask us in the chat.
