Create your SiriusTel account

Your SiriusTel account starts in the shop at my.siriustel.com. It takes a few minutes. Sign up 1. Open my.siriustel.com and press Register. 2. Fill in the form. Name, email, phone, address, city, state, ZIP and country are required. Company name is optional. 3. Choose a password and type it again. 4. Press Sign up. Next time, press Login and sign in with your email and password. Forgot it? Press Forgot your password? on the login page. The shop has its own sign-in today. Sign-in with SiriusTel ID comes to the shop soon. Your first order Every phone customer starts with one base service, the Telecom account. All other phone products hang from it: SIP trunks, numbers, Cloud PBX, call centres and dialer seats. Order it in the shop. Its setup fee is shown there. When your Telecom account is ready, we set up your phone console. The console sends you its own sign-in details by email. Keep your details right Add your company name and billing address to your account in the shop. Keep them up to date, because your invoices use them. Need help at any step? Your SiriusTel ID

SiriusTel ID is the one login we are building for all of SiriusTel. It lives at id.siriustel.com. Where you sign in today - The shop at my.siriustel.com has its own sign-in for now. Sign-in with SiriusTel ID comes to the shop soon. - The AI studio at siriustel.com has its own sign-in for now. - The phone console at portal.siriustel.com keeps its own password. It emails you that password when your Telecom account is set up. Create your SiriusTel ID 1. Open id.siriustel.com and press Sign up. 2. Choose a username and a password, then type the password again. 3. Add your name and your email. 4. Open the email "SiriusTel: confirm your email" and press its link within 30 minutes. Sign in Type your username or email and press Log in. Then type your password on the next screen. Keep it safe - Use one SiriusTel ID per person. Never share it. - Use a long password that you use nowhere else. - Sign out on shared computers. Lost access? Press Forgot username or password? on the sign-in page. Type your email or username, and we email you a link to set a new password. The link works for 30 minutes. If that does not work, ask us in the chat. We will never ask for your password in chat.

Your three balances

Your SiriusTel account holds three balances. Each one pays for different things. You see all three in the shop. Shop credit Money held in the shop itself. It pays your shop invoices, such as plans, seats and setup fees. Phone balance Pays for everything that runs on the phone switch: call minutes, phone number rent, and switch add-ons such as recording and transcription. Calls take from it as they happen, priced on your rate card. You top it up in the shop. AI credits Pay for minutes in the AI studio at siriustel.com. One credit pays for each started minute of an AI call. Some AI studio plans add credits every month. You can also buy extra credits in the shop. How money moves You always pay in the shop. When a top-up invoice is paid, its amount goes into the right balance, once. Money does not move between the phone balance and AI credits.
