Open the phone console

The phone console is where you build and run your phone service. It lives at portal.siriustel.com. How to open it 1. Sign in to the shop at my.siriustel.com. 2. Press Open phone console. 3. Sign in with the console details that were emailed to you when your Telecom account was set up. What you do there - Create SIP users for desk phones and softphone apps. - Allow the IP address of your own phone system. - Choose where each phone number rings. - Build extensions, ring groups, voice menus and call flows, if you have Cloud PBX. - Watch your call-centre queues and agents live. - Play and download call recordings, and read transcripts, if you have those add-ons. - Upload identity papers when a number needs them. What stays in the shop Buying, paying and invoices stay in the shop. The console shows your phone balance, but you top it up in the shop. Can't sign in? Buy a phone number

A SiriusTel number can ring your SIP users, your own phone system, a ring group or a call-centre queue. You need a Telecom account first. Where to buy - If the number you want shows in your phone console under DID Purchase, buy it there. It is paid from your phone balance. - If it does not show there, order it in the shop as a Number order. Numbers that need papers Some countries require proof of who uses each number. Those numbers are always a shop Number order. 1. Place the Number order in the shop. 2. Upload the papers asked for in your phone console, under Documents. 3. Our team checks them. 4. Only then is the number added to your account. Monthly rent Each number has a setup price and a monthly rent, both shown before you buy. The rent comes from your phone balance each month, so keep enough balance to cover it. Point the number In the phone console, open the number and choose where its calls go: a SIP user, an extension, a ring group, a queue or a call flow. Need a country or a number type you cannot find? Set up SIP users

A SIP user is a login that lets a desk phone, a softphone app or your own phone system make and take calls on SiriusTel. You need a SIP trunk or a Cloud PBX plan first. Create a SIP user 1. Open your phone console from the shop. 2. Go to the SIP users section. 3. Add a user with a clear name, such as reception or sales-01. 4. Set a long, random password. Never reuse one. 5. Save. Connect a phone Enter three things in the phone or app: the SIP server address shown in your console, the SIP username and the password. Then make a test call. Connect your own phone system If your phone system has a fixed IP address, add it under IP access in the console. Calls from that address are then accepted without a password. Add only addresses you own. How many calls at once Your plan sets your number of channels. Each channel carries one call at a time. Need more? Add channels in the shop. Stay safe - Use one SIP user per device. - Delete users you no longer need. - Check your call history for calls you do not recognise, and tell us at once in the chat.
